The rules for using this website, and the license terms for the software BLG builds for its own internal use. Kept short, because both are simple.
These terms apply to blgtechnologies.com (and blgtec.com, which redirects to it). By using the site you agree to them; if you don't, please don't use it.
They cover the website only. The services BLG Technologies (“BLG”) provides to clients are governed by the proposal or agreement for that work, and where that differs from these terms, it governs.
The site describes BLG's services for general information. It isn't a quote, an offer or advice about your particular systems: scope, price and commitments come in a written proposal. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we don't guarantee that every page is complete or up to date.
Please don't use the site to break the law, interfere with it or its security, try to reach parts of it you're not meant to, or send spam or harmful content through the contact form.
The BLG Technologies name, logos and the content of this site belong to BLG. You're welcome to link to the site and share its pages. Please don't copy its content or design, or use our name or logos in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission. Other product names on the site belong to their owners and are used only to describe the platforms we work with.
Some parts of the site are provided by other companies: messages from the contact form are delivered to Zoho Desk, and the booking scheduler is Zoho Bookings. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for the content of other sites we link to.
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To that same extent, BLG is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website. Nothing here limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
How we handle information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
BLG builds some software for its own use, including a private integration between BLG's internal tools and BLG's own QuickBooks Online company. These tools are not sold, offered or licensed to anyone outside BLG. This section is the end-user license agreement for them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Using the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
